#BLOOPERS Worst performance at a major(based on My expectation), I would be disappointed if I didnt understand why. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. Everyone who knows me understands my memory is the worst when that buzzer goes off, take that back..my short term memory is horrible period. To combat that I’ve always took extra time memorizing stages. These stages were short so I felt that even though I didn’t get a chance to actually walk the stages the day before that I would be okay…Well…Here are the lessons for those that may find themselves with my ADD.. 1. Respect the stages regardless of how easy they may seem. Put the same amount of time you would a difficult stage as you would these short stages. #RespectAllStages 2. When loading your magazine to the max on an unloaded start be mindful to insert the magazine with enough force to seat it properly . Generally I load to 23 this time I loaded to 24 so when I inserted the magazine it didn’t seat and fell out. (Have a backup plan for reloading on those 22 round stages even if one mag will do. I felt it would be better to pick up the magazine than to try to figure out a reloading spot when all the mags were required to be on the table. Watch Video 3. Be in control of your movements, the issues with the magazine the stage before made me want to push and I fell out of 3 positions and lost crazy time. 4. Keep your magazines clean , my magazine follower binded up and stopped feeding rounds forcing a reload in at an unplanned location. When I began engaging targets again I missed a target..2Mikes and failure to engage.(calm down and get back on track) This one hurt but, this morning it’s back to work. Positive- I’m alive and can fix my issues today through the end. At the end of the day I’m still learning and fairly new to the sport. #DoBetter
