Working on swapping the #300zx NA steering rack over to the quicker ratio #300zxtt steering rack. While I am at it I am going to start cutting the front subframe to be able fit the #2jzgtevvti motor with the #frontsump oil pan. Its been a long time in the making but its finally available and ready to ship! Our Rear 240z taillight panel is a Newly manufactured part that hasnt been made before (to our knowledge), we sourced a rare NOS Datsun taillight panel to serve as the template. This is a common rust spot and this panel makes for a clean installation, without cutting and splicing, you can install it the correct way with spot welds, as this is a correct datsun body panel and not a patch. We have already installed one of these as a test and it fits great, the curvature on the exhaust valance is accurate and the spot weld holes line up. We are excited to unveil our new website! The new website has tons more features and better functionality. With the release of this new website, we are also announcing that our company will be transitioning more to focus on manufacturing new parts for S30 Z cars, this is something we have been planning and developing for a long time. As a result, we already have a decent inventory of new reproduction parts ready to ship out! We believe that manufacturing new parts is essential to the datsun community to keep these cars alive and its a way that we can give back and support a community that means so much to us. This doesn’t mean we won’t still have used parts available and we will still have a steady inventory of cars available, it just means that manufacturing will be our main focus. Well after years of slowly collecting parts ... and several months of searching around for a somewhat local machine shop that has the equipment to properly balance a vg it’s finally time!!! Gotta get all this stuff gathered up and haul the bottom end to McMurtry’s Automotive Machine in Saucier so they can get it in balance and ready for assembly for me!!!! This car still has years to go before my vision for it is complete, but this is a huge piece of the puzzle and I’m stoked! Thanks to Russ Miley for the lead on who could handle it locally for me.
