young love. i do not consider myself to be old, but i like to reminisce about love when i was younger. i remember the passion and desire that would elate within me. a simple hold of the hand and my heart would beat so fast. when everything was new to me, passion was the drive that kept me in love. this made me fall in love fast, and crash even faster. in retrospect, it caused a lot of pain. i have no regrets however, i remember the good times and the bad. i have learnt so much about myself, my preferences, what i want in a partner. i have learnt more about my relationships with my friends, my family and my faith with God. sometimes i miss that same passion i had when i was younger. But i love stability. i now crave it, it brings peace within me. a peace which is grown by myself and not by a dependency on another. i find my passion now grows with stability within a relationship. passion with equity. what do you think about young love? what do you now crave? i hope you are passionately in love. j.t.elliott
