Was finally able to hook up the @cmepro #WIDIJack ! Now I can connect to my pedals via #Bluetooth, from my @hotoneaudioinst #AmperoControl, while not having to mount it to my @soundhammer.in board! I used one of #CME's superbly made cables, but it was impossible to get another of the required length, and even more impossible to find 2.5mm TRS plugs, so I couldn't even make one from scratch. I finally got a flimsy cable from Amazon (38 gauge, like earphone cables), in which I had to reverse the tip and ring on one side (TRS MIDI Type A/Type B compatibility!) that looks like it'll break if I look at it the wrong way :-/ But I'm waiting to get another connector, fingers crossed 🤞🤞 @cmepro Please consider selling 2.5mm connectors for people who need to make custom length cables!🙏 @hotoneaudioinst please make a computer app to program the #AmperoControl ! When you're the only guitarist in the band there are always compromises to be made whether in the studio or live. I want things as simple as possible to avoid "Fred astairing' (tap dancing) through the whole of the show @blackhillcove . We live in a golden age of technology and taking advantage of that I will move to a full automatic patch change in the future. Have the sequencer do all of it for me so I can focus on playing.
