CURLYPOP 💖🎀🌸 I couldn’t decide so y’all get 3, but I mean just look at those curls!!!! It was such an honor to shape this darling persons hair, ALL the way from Canada. 🇨🇦 The goal for our time together was a rounder shape and soft framing. We started with a dry cut on her 2 day clean hair with no sticky product in it. I intuitively carve out weight and layer precisely to make those curls POP💥 implementing some razor work after our wash to define and prefect the framing. We cleansed with Afterglow by @afterworldorganics , prepped the hair with Tonik by @cultandking to balance the ph and help the hair hold on to the moisture we put in with water at the shampoo bowl, and Cult+King Balm to hydrate and define the curls while minimizing frizz. I love Balm because it can be used on wet or dry hair! Comment your main curly styling problems and we can find a solution together! Let me introduce… Effortlessly Expensive Blonde This goddess wanted to soften her overall look and balance her color. We mutually agreed that my “Lightworker” service: a 4 hour FULL transformation was the magic necessary✨💖✨ We started this color correction by intentionally placing highlights to create impact and coverage but also give her the simplicity of going more time between lightening services. I used @evopro “Bottled Blonde” lightener and glosses to refine the color and create our desired tone. During the highlights I weaved out and softened the warmer lowlights that were in her hair prior to our color service with a @originalmineral lowlight to seamlessly blend her natural hair into the lighter blonde. Finally we styled with @owayorganics Color Protect, tonik by @cultandking to hydrate and balance the scalp and hair, milk by @gmreverie for heat protection and style. Finishing the waves off with some of the @innersenseorganicbeauty glow drops for that extra shine on the ends. A longer service will allow her hair to breathe and maintained simply with glosses and regular trims. Minimizing lightening services to 2-3 times a year, with treatments in between to maintain the integrity of her hair. I look forward to working with you! Dehydration is a skin condition, something that is treatable and can occur at any time. Winter/change of seasons can trigger dehydration in the skin. This is totally normal and is a relatively easy fix! Using serums such as Osea’s Hyaluronic serum can draw moisture from the air to your skin, keeping it healthy and hydrated always. An oldie but a goodie on our fashionista Alix 🎨 Low tox fashion tones are absolutely amazing for longevity and grey blending - If you have grey and wanted to try even a spritz of funky fun color - you’re actually going to get amazingly lush and long-lasting results. Coloring grey hair is also a fantastic way to smooth the texture, add shine, and make your styling easier! It even allows you to go longer between shampooing your hair because it gives that added body to each strand. Timestamps for maintenance coloring sessions are 8-12 weeks, and then after that they become a longer color appointment because more grow out = more product = more processing time.
