Once you've decided you want to retake the LSAT, one of the most important things to look at is where you're going to focus your time and energy this time around. 🚨 The deadline to register for the February LSAT is tonight at 11:59 p.m. ET. 🚨 While some law schools specifically state that they do not accept LSAT scores past a January test date, others do! In fact, the February LSAT (for some schools) is the last accepted test date. However, keep in mind that it's always best to apply sooner rather than later. Law schools with rolling admissions admit students as they receive applications. Just because a school will accept a test date does not guarantee that seats in the incoming class will be available by the time your score comes in. Here's what 4️⃣ law schools say about accepting the February LSAT: Harvard Law School: To be considered for admission, you must take the LSAT no later than the February administration. University of Pennsylvania Carey Law: The Law School will accept approved standardized test scores for any tests administered before February 29, 2024, as long as your application is received by the March 1 deadline. University of Virginia School of Law: Only the January and February test scores will be considered as meeting the March 1, 2024 deadline as long as all other application materials are submitted and your file is otherwise complete. (The LSAT year is different than the calendar year. Go figure. 😅) Here are 2️⃣ reasons why you should start planning your test date now: 1. You don't want to rush your prep. We've added the last month you'll want to start prepping for each test, but you don't want to take the test if you don't feel ready for it.
