For most 700whp is sufficient which I’ve seen the 2.25 support anywhere from 350-850whp even higher In high hp cars going larger is key, I wouldn’t suggest going any larger than 3inch and that is in extreme cases. In most High hp setups a true 2.5 secondary will be plenty of flow to meet your demands. However this can also vary depending on turbo size as well. The great thing about having mock-up chassis is the ability to literally build your customers dreams without them having to bring their car. Both Left hand drive and Right hand drive kits can be had. This setup was fairly unique as the customer was wanting to use this intercooler so I made it work.
