Decided to get some measurements for the @dirtking Frontier long travel setup since a lot of this isn’t really out there on the internet. Utilizing off the shelf Titan swap shocks and the stock coil buckets were limited to about 9 -5/16” of travel. (Maybe a full 10” without the bump stops I’m using.) From the center of the eyelet to mounting face of the coil bucket was just shy of 18” overall. (Roughly 17” and 7/8ths-15/16ths). To get the maximum amount of travel out of the Dirt King setup, your best bet will be to delete the coil bucket and go to a shock hoop setup. Hope this helps! Sometimes I miss the simplicity of this old rack/tent setup, mostly because the RTT was light enough where I could take it on and off by myself when needed. Lower center of gravity too, which helped on the highway. All my recovery gear was in the decked, all the time which saved time packing for trails (solved that with a custom cubby build). That being said, I still love my @wildtoptruckcaps topper too much to ever go back to an exposed bed. Plus the decked was really heavy, and wasted a lot of usable bed space.
