今天來杯 #CoffeeManhattan 咖啡的苦味跟威士忌融合帶出一點烏梅味，很特別的口感。應該是以咖啡的苦取代了苦精的角色，意外的帶吃更多果香味覺。 下酒小點是讓人無比驚艷的起司與海苔，乍聽普通，實則有非常多巧思。起司作為抹醬放在海苔上包起來吃，海苔必須有厚度而不易碎裂沾的客人滿手，而起司選用高油脂的 cream cheese 作為抹醬，與海苔搭配食用，分開來吃感覺都不錯，但合再一起吃，海苔微辣刺激了味覺感受起司油脂的順口，透過海苔帶領，滿口吃到滑順奶香，但又因為海苔的鹹與鮮，引出起司綿密，和在一起既有卡滋脆，又有奶香滑，非常特別的一道組合。 #海苔來自瀨戶內海 有個很ㄑㄧㄤ的名字叫做 #norinoriking 而且限量到通路只在的瀨戶內海。 #起司要選油脂高 但我問不到這是什麼日本自產的起司 @puchou_hazel

Here’s how to make it at home: 2 oz Broken Top Rye 1 oz @sisterscoffee Snapchilled Specialty Coffee 5 drops coffee bitters .5 oz Kahlua In a shaker filled with ice, combine ingredients listed above. Shake until well chilled, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
