Nashville hot chicken is so good it’s smoky sweet and some heat! This chicken is fried to a perfect golden brown and then I brush on a sauce made with cayenne paprika garlic powder onion powder hot sauce mixed together with a little oil brush it on and you have Nashville hot chicken. I have made my own sauce for this with Yucatán spices and citrus 🍋🟩 added in the mix.I have been to a place where it was good but didn’t have the sweet element which is essential I usually use hot honey if it’s not hot enough but if you make the sauce like I did ready for fiesta🎉I drizzle it with one off my all time favorites orange blossom honey.It is always served with pickles.I made a delicious skillet cornbread served with beans and potato salad!
