‼️STORY TIME‼️ I CAN’T MAKE THIS UP IF I TRIED!! I had a Corporate Party for a client from Quebec Canada. Wanted to make sure I Rocked it so asked my good friend and DJ -Pascal (who is from Quebec) to help me with some French Music. He came thru without hesitation!! Merci @pascalpointparty 🇨🇦 The event started great- But the Chicago city skies were Grey and the retractable roof was open and well as all the side doors during cocktails. The breeze was nice but we decided to close the roof in the middle of dinner. *I guess the Roof Wasn’t Really Closed All The Way!!!! As soon As the DownPour Started - And I Mean FLOOD! 🌧️- It was landing on my Laptop, Controller, Power Strip, Mic, Everything on my DJ Table!! And Me!!! I Couldn’t even See!!! ☔️☔️☔️😡😡😡 My Awesome Assistant Literally Dove His Body Over My Computer and Controller (Mind You I Have a Packed Dance Floor!!) I Wiped My Eyes and Looked at Him and Yelled- You Good? then Ran(Wobbled) to Find The Manager…. She Cranked the Roof Closed and My Assistant Moved my DJ Table UP Against The Wall. People Were wiping down the floor. Most went to the other room to get more to Drink but the Party Animals Stayed in the DJ Room -Took Their Shoes Off and Went With the Flow with Me as I put a Towel on my Head.
