Stopped by Disney Springs to check out their newest restaurant Summer House On The Lake. We sat in the bar (they have two) and had drinks and an appetizer. Both delish! 😋 It has a very cool vibe in there and we look forward to stopping again to try other items! They also have a cookie bar 🍪 and we couldn’t decide on just one so we got three 🤭 We’ve had a taste of them all and hands down my favorite was the peanut 🥜 butter. The ginger snap had a snap 🫰 for sure and is good while the sea salt chocolate chip was just ok. After picking up a couple items in World of Disney we stopped to listen to a local band for a few and then headed out. The importance of finding your purpose is key to your inner joy - Through most of my childhood, I struggled to find interest in normal activities such as sports, video games or playing outside - my happiest memories are always attached to times when I was being creative, building advanced craft model cars, airplanes, designing and building my own spring loaded working spider man “Web Shooters” or drawing and painting on an oversized canvas. I found music, my love for signing and performing at the age of 7 years old - by the age of 13 I knew that was my purpose and it changed my life forever and I’m still today moved by it everyday. It gives life meaning, making each day with purposeful intent and turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
