So happy for this Lollipop’s Kissapuu review from Dublin ❤️🙏 ”It has been a few weeks now since my lady Lollipop’s kissapuu entered our lives and I can say with complete confidence that this is an entirely satisfying and joyous purchase. Lolly is a 2 year old Maine Coon and like most of her breed, she is very sociable, playful, clever and sweet. She spends most of her time exploring our apartment and is lucky to have many windows to view the world below, and while she does accompany me on many outdoor adventures, she doesn’t have direct access to explore the outside world on her own. I had been looking for a cat tree/tower that would allow her to satisfy her climbing, perching, hanging and dangling needs, but that also would be safe to have in our rented apartment (as well as beautiful to look at). I found a few candidates but none seemed to be right for us. Our “Goldilocks” moment came when I discovered Kissapuu and was immediately taken by the design and the company’s ethos of how their products are designed and maintained and for their durability. Then (like many before me) the amazing help and care provided by Satu sealed the deal. She answered all of my (many) questions both before during and after purchase. She even pre-empted questions or followed up with me afterwards just to make sure I had understood, keeping Lolly’s security and enjoyment of her kissapuu front and centre - and I am very grateful for this. The set up is straightforward and can be done by one person, however for the heavier perches I drafted in help from a friend to make sure it was as secure as possible. The instructions are clear. It took Lolly two introductions to her kissapuu to fall in love and she hasn’t looked back since. Unfortunately at least yet she doesn't appreciate TaRmo like she did the former mates Aida & Urho (who already have passed away). One thing they both agree upon: Kissapuu cat tree is the best climbing tree a cat can have! Sissi masters the uppest perch, Tarmo is allowed to use the lower platforms. I made cushions of Finlayson fabric that suit to our interior decor. They are all machine washable and have served well. Such a dissappinting day today 😫 Pop-up at Stockmann Jumbo ended and I drove 180 km to Vantaa to pick up the showroom cat trees. Also, we had planned with @noki_norwegian that I would drop by their new home to deliver a new upper pole for the second cat tree. Just before arriving to Stockmann Jumbo, engine & ad blue warning lights turned on. Automatic transmission stopped to work 😱 I had to cancel my visit to Hömpsy & Tyrsky which was really dissappointing as I am their big fan and was eagerly waiting to meet these sweeties 🐈⬛🐈⬛ 😍🤩. Tyrsky had even promised to show all his tricks!!!😸😻✌️ A very friendly tow truck driver offered to test drive my car. It turned out that I could drive back home using manual shifts/transmission despite all warning lights. No rental car was needed. So I drove back, car full of Kissapuu cat tres, very nervous and without breaks. But I made it!! 💪Repairing time is scheduled for Monday morning 🚙 Truly an exhausting day, but I was lucky to meet that nice tow truck driver who understood the tricky situation and wanted to find the solution best for me 🙏. I called their company and gave excellent 💯 feedback for his attitude & service which made my life so much easier 🌟⭐️ Compared to service offered by the insurance company, despite a comprehensive insurance, they offered to compensate my journey back home with train 😳🙃😆 ‼️Remember always give good feedback when you receive good or excellent service!!!! 🫶 We often forget to do this.
