Girls night out! Always fun catching up with these ladies! A big thank you to my gf @heidihempel for making this dinner happen. We tried so many amazing apps, entrees and desserts to go round! Always a terrific way to try new things. Shown: Starters Brussel Sprouts Frite “THE FAV” w/honey, lemon, cashews. And sautéed to perfection. Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata 2nd fav! It was super fresh tomatoes w/olive oil, balsamic and a crunchy crouton Chicken and Meatballs with a Grilled Baguette Crispy Calamari - I always appreciate the spicy and sweet peppers that accompany this app Mains Green Goddess Salad x 2 with Salmon and I definitely had food envy on this Signature Salad Dish Spicy Wild Shrimp Pomodoro looked nice and fresh My Filet w/ tasty sautéed spinach and a large portion of crispy parmesan potatoes. I couldn’t finish but also they wouldn’t stop staring at me with such shamefulness 🤣 Desserts 2 Cookie Skillets w/ homemade ice cream as we knew they’d be the BEST. And surely disappoint! Blueberry Cobbler w/ homemade ice cream that blew my socks off! I loved this freshness of the blueberries and sugary sweetness - My FAV *Thanks Erin for adding the crumbs to the photo 🤣 Nice touch! 😉 Chocolate Cake We ate our way through the evening!
