🐰Our Famous Chocolate Easter Eggs & Bunnies. 🐰 Executive Pastry Chef Joni Marty has been making these beautiful creations for over 30 years. People have questions and we have answers! • Each chocolate bunny is hollow chocolate weighing around 45 lbs each! At the end of the display, we wrap the bunnies until the follow year. When the next year comes, she breaks up the bunny and uses half old chocolate and half new chocolate to put into bunny shaped molds to create new bunnies. • The giant egg is hollow chocolate weighing over 120 lbs! Each year the extra details get scraped off and the egg gets wrapped until the following year. Every year more chocolate is added along with new chocolate flowers. • Customers ask about eating it and the big answer is no! Because it is made with part old chocolate and it sits out in the public, it would not be safe to eat!
