Basically what I wrote Ness dragged Lucas back to Podunk cause he wanted to check out the superintendent's office at the zoo since he missed his chance to during subspace but Ninten was waiting for them at the entrance to the building. He blocked the door on purpose and was basically just being a little shit so Lucas gets fed up with him and freezes him and moves him aside (also to keep him from trying to hurt them again).
