Finally got my summer preparations done this week. The GTO is ready for another season of shenanigans.
Just wanted to say congratulations to @loud.ls3 on the successful turbo kit and fuel system install completed over the course of the past week. Such an awesome car and an honor to be a part of.
Very good DA out here, but not great traction weather. Trying to think outside of the box with this one. Excited to show some results.

I never know what to put for captions so here’s slow car
This season has been a great opportunity to get some long-term results from this current setup. ~15k miles on this boostdistrict LSA setup. My goal was to see how far I could get changing as little as reasonably possible. using the main belt drive with stock belt tensioner, LS7 clutch, dw300c in a stock bucket, stock heads, and an N/A off the shelf cam. The car has performed flawlessly all season with no hiccups and the only casualty was the stock diff. I have some things I want to futureproof and clean up over winter but overall this iteration has been extremely dependable and I’m very happy with the way it’s performed. Just goes to show a little goes a long way and there is such a thing as overkill.

I decided to switch up the exhaust setup a little bit and replaced my busted up borlas with a pair of @spintechmufflers 9000s. I’m extremely happy with this setup, it’s definitely the exact tone and volume I was going for.
