Dario, divine. One of the best pasta dishes of my lifetime, at the stunning @dariompls. 🍝 Doppio Ravioli - this is a must have dish. I have had pasta around the world with every shape, sauce and filling imaginable. This is the one to beat. With the rosemary and hazelnuts, truly divine. Speechless. 🦪 Oysters Dario - very well proportioned and prepared oysters with beef tartare and frozen lime juice for a unique burst of flavor unlike anywhere else in the Twin Cities. 🍷 Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka - a classic done exceptionally. I preferred the other, more delicately flavored dishes but the quality of this pasta is still indisputable. 🐠 Skate Wing - a difficult seafood to find in Minnesota, I was transported right back to the UK where this type of fish is more commonly found. A part of the ray family, this was beautifully cooked with a honeynut squash curry and mint and cilantro leaves. Paired the meal with François Chidaine Chenin Blanc, Loire Valley. The most beautiful Chenin I’ve ever had. With a unique, light sweetness that cuts the dry, it was just lovely. I highly recommend booking a reservation as early as possible for your desired date. I was planning to go the first weekend it opened but got held up with travel plans and it took me awhile to get rebooked. Happy to have finally tried this divine location.
