Golf mk1 82' G60. 🏁 Ten niesamowity golf mk1 został całkowicie odrestaurowany i poddany wielu modyfikacjom. Właściciel jest w jego posiadaniu od 22 lat i ciągle wprowadza jakieś ulepszenia. Mimo tak dużej uwagi poświęconej temu autu, przez taki czas nie udało się uniknąć kilku wgnieceń. Pokażę dwa najciekawsze - na błotniku i dachu. O ile błotnik nie sprawił dużego problemu, to dach dał mi nieźle "w kość". Ponieważ auto było już ponownie lakierowane, o użyciu metody klejowej można było zapomnieć. Pozostała metoda klasyczna, czyli lance. W tym celu podsufitka została częściowo odklejona. Ciągła ostrożność aby tej podsufitki nie uszkodzić, zamontowana klatka bezpieczeństwa (rollbar), oraz wzmocnienie w miejscu wgniotki, dodatkowo utrudniały pracę. Co ciekawe, w moim arsenale narzędzi nie znalazłem lancy, która by pozwoliła podejść do samego końca wgniecenia. Więc.. razem z właścicielem sami wykonaliśmy malutki "drucik". No i udało się. 😁 Golf mk1 82 'G60. 🏁 This amazing mk1 golf has been completely restored and subjected to many modifications. The owner has been in his possession for 22 years and is constantly making some improvements. Despite so much attention to this car, during this time several dents could not be avoided. I will show the two most interesting - on the fender and the roof. While the fender did not cause a big problem, the roof was "hard pill to swallow". Since the car was already painted again, I could forget about using the glue method. The only way was classic method, rods. To this end, the headliner has been partially peeled off. Continuous care not to damage this headliner, the installed safety cage (rollbar), and reinforcement in the place of the dent, additionally hindered work. Interestingly, in my arsenal of tools I did not find a rod that would allow me to go to the very end of the dent. So ... together with the owner we made a nice tiny "rod". Skoda Superb. 😎 Skomplikowana naprawa wgnieceń tym razem wymagała demontażu drzwi z auta. Zazwyczaj taki demontaż nie jest konieczny, ale gdy wgniecenia są trudne jest to niezbędne. Tapicerka drzwi również została zdjęta. Wszystko po to, aby ułożyć drzwi na specjalnym stojaku i uzyskać dostęp do trudnych wgnieceń. Jedno, nad wzmocnieniem, drugie - na rancie. Po skończonej naprawie drzwi zostały ponownie zamontowane. Szczeliny pozostały oryginalne, ponieważ przy demontażu odkręciłem śruby mocujące, a nie regulacyjne. 😁 Jedyną pamiątką po wgnieceniu zostało niewielkie pękniecie które powstało wraz z nim. Po chwili zostało zabezpieczone lakierem zaprawkowym. I tak oto drzwi zostały uratowane od szpachlowania i lakierowania. 😇 Skoda Superb. 😎 Complicated repair of dents this time required dismantling the door from the car.
