With today being a Leap Day I had grand plans to actually incorporate some leaping. To really make use of the beautiful hall I was teaching in. Instead, I absolutely stacked it during the warm-up for my first class, during a decidedly unremarkable speedy side gallop! 🤣🤦♀️🫠🤷♀️ (Fear not! Despite a small cut to my hand, a grazed elbow, a bruised thigh and a tweaked ankle, I was fine to teach the rest of @ninetiesandnoughtiesdance and the @classicmoversdance class that followed. 🤣👍And had SO much fun, as always! 🥰) So, instead of leaping today, I went splat. 🫠 But it was definitely still memorable! That’s only the second time in 23+ years of teaching dance that I’ve fallen over whilst teaching!
