I remember leaving my kiddos school for spring break and joking with staff. It was “see ya in a month”. All these rumors began with Covid. We never stepped foot in that building again. Wait, these are my friends. These are the halls my kids make their memories and laugh with their friends. These are where their amazing teachers educate them. We can’t go in? We sat down as a family and decided that homeschool was the best option for us this year. I know the next question, why? Well, we’ve decided to travel the United States and teach along the way. We’ll be doing 50% at home and 50% on the road. We’ve decided to embrace Covid. We’ve decided to take the opportunity to educate and experience with our kids this year. If someone would have told me a year ago that we would be traveling the United States in a giant van, I would’ve laughed. Well, here we are! We’re excited to embrace this time in our lives. So here’s our classroom while home. Don’t worry, it’s a “see ya soon”.
