Plant rearrangement// new plant bbs ✨ Slowly but surely the salon will be full of plants and with the help from a lovely client/plant lover who brought me so many clippings I have been able to move the pothos I bought when opening the salon to the window on the stairs and then start the growing process of the clippings. My snake plant is doing… meh okay. I moved him towards the stairs in hopes to get more light but my salon doesn’t have many windows so we will see! Hello my beautiful peeps ✨ I hope everyone is having a beautiful Wednesday. I have had a very productive 2 days off (yes you read that correctly) and I am feeling so refreshed. My new years resolution for work was to take two days off a week, no exceptions! To others this might seem like an obvious thing, BUT I have a hard time doing it because I want to get everyone in and make sure everyone is always taken care of. What I was finding is I would work 7,14, sometimes 17 days in a row and then crash and burn and set myself up for failure. Long story short- take care of yourself. Rest doesn’t mean you are lazy or weak. 2024 is the year of self love and setting boundaries for yourself! .
