The Mission Inn's owner, Frank Miller, donated the land to the city in 1925, specifying that it be maintained as a Soldiers Memorial with a meeting hall and exhibit space. The RMA (Riverside municipal auditorium) opened on November 12, 1928, and was originally called the Soldier's Memorial Auditorium. Today you can attend many different music events. The RMA is now ran by Live Nation with The city still owning it. There isn't much information on this but one very nice man noticed and took notes! The Game Lab used to be De Anza Chevrolet from 1940s. They moved to Indiana/Adams some time in the 60s. The original building was turned into a pawn shop for a time and when they covered the building they left the original sign under the pawn sign. Lucky us Axle, a member from Jalopy journal took pictures before the sign disappeared again.
