No be everybody well for naija. Almost everyone in the hospital is sick, likewise people walking around in various places especially the streets of Lagos hustling. The former are better, at least they are aware that they are sick unlike the later, they are running after vehicles just to get a seat and get to their destinations, meanwhile some of them walk a long distance due to traffic congestion. In 2015, I was in a bus in Lagos. I had paid the conductor my fare, but he refused to give me my change. "Conductor, my change." I repeated that statement like 356 times, yet the conductor kept ignoring me. The times he responded, he insulted me. This guy actually thought I was a JJC maybe because I was wearing suit abi coat and looked like a banker. Who would accept that I was earning just 30,000 naira then. Before I got to my bus stop, the John Cena in me had gone to the gym and returned and by then sipping predator. As soon as I got to my bus stop, I was ready to show the conductor that I might be looking innocent and gentle, but I was born and brought up in Lagos. After alighting from the popular 14-seaters yellow bus, I grabbed the conductor by his trousers with my John Cena's energy, but what happened next shocked me. It felt like I was dragging paper from a kid of 2. Omo, the man no get weight at all. He literally staggered as I pulled him and he started apologizing. Probably he thought I was a soldier or a uniform man. He begged me and gave me my change. When all your needs are met, will you still remain in faith? Growing up as a teenager, I had visited different churches and realized that they followed the same pattern of prayer. After worshipping and giving thanks to God, we confess our sins and start asking God to meet our needs and wants. I then asked myself, what if all these needs are met, what else will we be needing God for? The truth is, those needs can be met outside God. I knew within me that there's more to know about God, asides Him being a provider. I later realized that God is who He is to whosoever that see Him as who He is. You don't need to understand that. If you see God as a provider, that is who He will remain to you as. In my little walk with God, I've come to see God as my All in All. Kini Mo n wa kakiri? According to #STAY. I'm nothing/nobody without God. My life is empty without God. Even if I've got all the money in the world, and I don't have Jesus, I'm nothing. When next you go out for soul winning, don't tell the sinner that when they accept the life of Christ, God will give them bread and butter. Let them know they are dead without Christ. In line with my last post. I'm writing this to fulfill my promise. The link to the last post will be at the end of this post. I've come to realize that so many believers don't see getting married to an unbeliever as an error. First, you are disobeying the word of God in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18. I saw a video on this blue street where a Pastor's daughter was in love with a traditional priest. This calls for concern. If they eventually get married, what kind of home do they intend to build? What kind of children do they intend to raise? NIV has it as, "Do not team up..." When you accept to join yourself with an unbeliever in marriage, you have decided to team up with him/her. Unbelievers include that church goer that doesn't really believe in Jesus, the guy that has a deity he pours libration to, yet he goes to church, that lady that feels serving God is a burden, the lady that feels getting to know God indepthly is a waste of time and energy, those people that feel we are wasting our time praying and seeking God's face.
