I can totally understand the hype surrounding @yip_au in #eastvictoriapark. The only place in #perthwa that you can get Zhu Sheng (Bamboo) noodles, they serve up fresh daily handmade noodles! May I boldly say that they probably have the best noodles in Perth!? Well, at least in my humble opinion. The only downside is that it does come with a heftier price tag 😂. To me, it's the combination of their noodles' texture, sauce concoction, the fried lard pieces that made me go 🤤. With their meat, I tried the following: 1) Original Pork trotters and Pork Belly. This was soooo good too! 2) Hakka styled Fried Pork. Can't go wrong with it. 3) Chefs signature Char Siu Pork. (Not pictured) Had better ones elsewhere. 4) Roast duck. (Not pictured) I will not order it again! Hardly any meat, tough and dry. What a wonderful experience to be at @odyssea_citybeach to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We really enjoyed the night here with the food and drinks, but what was most impressive was the excellent staff service! But after falling in love with Perth and dreaming of opening a restaurant, he left business studies behind to put himself through commercial cookery school. Now Tshering is about to make his big dream a reality by opening a traditional Bhutanese restaurant in the Village Green High Street precinct. It’s called Druk, which means Thunder Dragon in Bhutanese mythology, and will serve up a mouth-watering array of traditional dishes from Tshering and his wife Deki’s beloved homeland.
