Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for entering the country. 👉 How much does travel insurance for Portugal cost? The price varies depending on the plan chosen. However, you can find travel insurance for Portugal starting from as low as 5€ per day of travel. 👉 What should be the minimum coverage? The travel insurance should provide minimum medical and hospital coverage (DMH) of 30,000 euros. 👉 Does European citizenship require travel insurance for Portugal? Those with a European passport do not need travel insurance, but it is recommended. About this latest wine tour! 🍷🍇🇵🇹 I organised this special wine weekend tour in the Dão wine region, to celebrate the birthday @drhappydae with group of friends. 🎉🥂 Our first vineyard visit is with @quintadoperdigao, this distinguished wine producer located at south of Viseu, family owned and run, winning awards both locally and internationally. We truly got to know their level and quality of production, thanks to a dedicated and private tour with Mafalda, the winemaker and daughter of the owner. And we then tasted their impressive wine portfolio, especially the Encruzado, the sparkling Rosé, the Alfrocheiro and the Reserva 2013. What a marvellous visit, thank you @mafaldagperdigao for the expertise and for having us! We loved it, your presence in our tour, and the tasting, especially surrounded by nature, the vineyards and the chirping of birds! ✨🌿 I love the Dão wine region, featuring underrated, complex wines, influenced by freshness, thanks to altitude, with wines that have great capacity for aging.
