They’re all sodium lauryl sulfate free (an ingredient that can irritate the mouth of some kids). They’re also all sweetened with xylitol, a natural sweetener that combats and reduces the bacteria in our mouth (must keep away from dogs!) Dr. Bob’s truly has NO flavor and tastes mildly sweet.
