Woohoo! This is (hopefully) the last sash window I will ever have to strip. That’s 43 pairs (or 86 individuals) in total. Now I only have the 3 large window frames to strip (making 23 overall) and that’s it. Until Kevin has done all the restoration and glazing. Then it’s time to paint, and finally re-fit them, but then the whole house will have been double glazed into the original wooden sashes and frames. Quite the renovation project just in the windows, not to mention all the decorating we still have to do.
