How do your potential customers travel along you purchase path? 🛒🏃♀️ We all know that the purchase path is crucial in our business and marketing. What we often over look though is how the purchase path works and how to make the most out of it! Is your company´s purchase path working as it should? 🤑🫰 See, it should be thought out so well that you know 👇: 1. Where your customers are, how you can find them and attract them to your second phase (in digital path e.g. website or e-commerce) 2. How to guide them towards the set goal (purchase, contact etc.) Yes, you are supposed to guide them. 3. How to give them enough information and build trust for them to be able to make the purchase decision (customer reviews, portfolio, case studies etc.) 4. Hace unas semanas, el IE CX Enthusiasts Club se puso en contacto con Designit Madrid para proponernos un reto: crear una serie de charlas que inspiraran a un grupo formado por personas apasionadas por el Customer Experience Management. Con esta premisa, Laura Buencuerpo, Carla Damerell y Joaquín Perezmínguez, nuestro equipo experto en Diseño de Servicios, reunió a casi 30 personas en la sede del IE en Madrid con el fin de dar a conocer las claves de esta disciplina del diseño que ha sumado entusiastas en los últimos años. Una charla en la que abordaron las habilidades necesarias para llegar a convertirse en un Service Designer y en las que compartieron proyectos y casos reales llevados a cabo por Designit.
