World's most overkill solid golf cart axles ? Rx8 stub shafts, RWD 323 hubs machined and pressed into the tube. Now oldschool 4x110 rx stud pattern. Bearing ID machined to 42.2mm then pressed onto the axles. The stud pattern is going to give us alot of wheel options as we have wheel adaptors also. Oldschool throwback, second time ever welding aluminium and we made a radiator for the altezza π. Low quality welds, but I'm never worried about showing my workmanship as most will only show something they have perfected over the years but never the startπ. Pwr 55mm core with Maradyne fan supplied by @skeletonwelding Heaps of room for improvement, but we don't learn from scrolling on social media. Panel and coils all done.Plugs for relay terminals and Deutsch plug clips on order to finish it off. Running an oldschool Microtech LT10s as ignition only whilst utilising 2x inputs and outputs along with fuel pump control. Fan is controlled via davies craig waterpump controller. Total price to make everything in the photos along with wiring/hardware consumables was $250 (excluding ecu and coils) First time making something like this, and I'd recommend anyone to give it a go. My brother @chase_trucking_ltd_nz has taken over the batty project. He was willing to spend more on it than I wanted fixing / upgrading it. To be honest I was just over it for what it owed me. It was one of those cars it fought you every turn you took. From interior, wiring, suspension, enginebay, paint etc it was never ending. I got to a point I didn't want to look any further into it so passed over the reigns after fixing so much. It'll be a cool car once it's done and probably won't be recognizable. What wheels do you think he should run in it? Alot of learnings and research over the last couple of years with this to get it boosting right. Trying to bypass the factory torque management has been a mission on this last generation. In short it creates too much torque too soon any speed/rpm/gear for the ecu to handle. It was pulling the the throttle back aka activating traction control. More playing with the HP tuner and adding resistors we manged to get it driving alot smoother. Next was to sort the bypass valve. It was very lazy and not quick enough to close off setup as per magnuson's instructions. Done afew mods then came on too hard, trying to get a happy medium between them both took hours on hours of trial an error. 3 different tunes and now it's running smooth making the same power as a Hellcat. #shed62 #chrysler #300c #srt8 #supercharged #superchargedv8 #magnusonsuperchargers #hellcat

All done βοΈ. Front is modified F20 1 series Neomax coilovers. Rears are are F30 compressed Bilstein springs with VF Holden HSV modified shock. This thing is able to go way lower without compromising ride quality. Was left at this height to be usable and not smoke the lip off on cat eyes π.
