I mentioned the Glue IPA was almost a DIPA taste... having this now shows the difference between the 6.5% and 8% You taste the ABV, a super charged version of the Glue IPA, so it says. And so it holds too! Midweek tipple from Thursday @deaddonkeybar @pollysbrewco Strata 5.1% Pale Ale Well, Pollys is always an appeal, but a brew called Strata... defo sampling 👌 Especially after some good Deya & Wylam Strata beverages. Good aroma, slightly carbonated, low head. But... two thirds down and it gets slightly thicker, juicer, almost loses the early carbonation, which was light, and comes alive with the Strata hops. A pretty decent IPA and a good old sessionable number given the abv. They've played around with the water profile they say, to soften the mouthfeel.
