Long story short… took the half marathon exit at mile 7 instead of the full (validated by a guy running next to me, but still my bad). My dumbass didn’t notice until I was approaching the finish line with all the half folks. Improvise, adapt & overcome - turned around and ran upstream on the course about 8 mile until I found @call_me_the_reebz and finished the race. Highlights: -Completed my first ultra marathon at 28 miles -Improved my 26.2 time by 37min compared to Austin 2 months ago Lowlights: I was technically DQ’d it looks like #sunandskisports #letswork #okcmemorialmarathon
