𝒫𝑒𝑜𝓅𝓁𝑒 𝓅𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓈𝒾𝓃𝑔 Ever since I can remember, I would have the feeling that if I didn’t do something for someone, they weren’t going to like me or love me anymore.. As an adult this grew into running into toxic relationships, trying to fix people that didn’t want to be fixed, helping all the wrong people for the wrong reasons, doing things for people who would never do the same for me, you get the picture. It turned me into of a bit of an introvert for awhile, feeling like if I couldn’t make everyone happy, I couldn’t make anyone happy. I’d hear people say, “Sydnee has no emotions or she’s “bitchy” when in reality I was an emotional WRECK and had built a guard higher than anyone could climb. What I’ve learned these last couple years is just make you happy, work on your happiness. When you work on you, things around you start to align. 💫 Hope this inspires some of my guilt driven, people pleasing friends to QUIT THAT ISH. you’re better than that 💙 thank you Frazer Brookes for inspiring ME to be BOLD! I’m also really glad I don’t make faces like that in photos anymore 😬🤣🤣

We got in from a day of traveling last night and haven’t stopped since we landed in Detroit! Working zooms last night and this morning. Accountability morning meeting with the tribe on “The Daily Dose” 💙 And ALLLL the things when you get home from vacation. Cleaning the house, laundry, unpacking, picking up the dog, grocery shopping, meal prepping and cooking dinner. Oh did I mention we do this while chasing a 3 year old?! 😆 This little green sticker helps me do all of that ☝🏻 with the best energy, the best focus and the best attitude! 💙
