Was a little rough with the trailer issues, failed alternator, and then failed throttle body, but still nice to get out enjoy some driving with my friends. This was a fun one! Had to fully open up a wiring specialties harness and re-wire the power supply for all solenoids, actuators, coil packs and injectors for independent relays. Also adapted it to the chassis harness for easy servicing and diagnostics. First turbo kit I ever made got a lil turbo upgrade! Ditched the precision 6266 for the new G Series G35-900 While this first kit does not have our current design methods applied to it and is not the most efficient, it was still able to make a solid 532whp and 476ftlbs of torque with an average of 10psi 🤓 (12psi midrange, 9psi redline) with @uprev software 🤝 This HR swapped DE chassis was the first boosted VQ I ever built and tuned. Finally seeing this Q60 resurrection to completion 😊 We decided to upgrade the replacement engine with new king rod bearings as well as our proprietary high pressure oil pump modification. This might be the coolest car I’ve ever owned. Almost ready for some drift testing also 😁 As for the tuning, I’m not 100% sure how this did 600+ on the gate which is about 9psi. Drifty Q50 making progress :) Junkyard motor ended up being junk. Pulled it apart and found 2 bent exhaust valves. Tore it down all the way and rebuild it with some forged eagle H beams. Threw another set of heads on it and she’s back in! Got some panels painted and cleaned up by @agonza which came out amazing! Just have to get the clutch pedal stuff sorted and it should be a running car. Last will be suspension stuff, @_wisefab_ front angle kit @bcracingna coilovers and @isrperformance control arms Since I’ve been out sick the last couple days, I’ve also been adding stuff and making changes to VPFtuning.com.
