Start the weekend with some green and sunshine!☀️ A beautiful space nestled in the factory buildings of Kwun Tong, I wouldn't even call it a cafe, rather more of an oasis, a bubble of green within the concrete forest where you can unwind and relax 🌱 ⠀ Their menu serves drinks only with espresso and hand pour options as well as their own blend of floral teas. @bijinnabe.hk - with a name that basically means “beauty stock”, it comes as no surprise that this new hotpot restaurant puts a lot of effort into creating the best tasting AND healthy hotpot options possible. One of my favourite cafes in HK for food, tried almost everything on their menu and never disappoints! Tsukemen lunch with a super thick slice of pork belly. The pork belly had nice subtle sweet soy flavour, yet unfortunately the texture was quite tough, not the melt-in-your-mouth texture that one would expect from such a fatty piece of meat.
