In a world of 35mm lenses...I'm shooting with a 135 f/1.8. Nothing against shooting wide, but it's ordinary...yep, I said it! Our phones shoot wide and as much as possible, I want the photos I take to look different and special. Nothing does that quite like a long lens! My arms are tired at the end of a wedding day but dang it, it's worth it!

I think growing up with 4 brothers and 20+cousins prepared me for working with large wedding parties! I actually love a large wedding party, they make the wedding day that much more fun! Tanya + Jesse's wedding party here was such a blast at their Glen Ivy Golf Club wedding!
The ring...it is my precious... I have a love/hate relationship with my macro lens. I LOVE using it but HATE the effort of focusing. I have so much respect for photographers using macro lenses for wildlife photography, at least I get to focus on something that isn't moving! But when I get a pretty shot like this, it's 100% worth it!
