Yes it’s convenient to use plastic bags to clean up litter but imagine where those plastic bags go once it’s out of your sight? Even if you put it right in the trash or brought it straight to the dump. There is still a good chance the plastic bags can fly off and become litter all over again or worse get into our waters.
