@Wuna_Graffiti 🌪️Wuna & a dash of funk🌪️ Wuna is a French artist that is based out of Montreal, Canada. She is painting this weekend in St. Louis with Few and Far women and were stoked to be able to share with you some of her work. Graffiti characters can be found in her projects within a fresh color pallet, but it is also the comradery with other artists as they work together to create and inspire communities that makes the art stand out. "I like the collective aspect of this practice. Being able to share a wall with others, to exchange ideas, to meet people is a very important aspect for me." - Wuna (Vagabundler.com interview) There is a heavy dose of comic/cartoon influences in Wuna's pieces like this unicorn in image 1, 2 &3. She prefers to make characters in this style because its faster and funkier hence "dash of funk." Check her out this weekend with Few and Far women throwing down for @PaintLouisOfficial (see profile for details) 🌪️1. What got you into graffiti? "Freedom, love for hip hop culture, the desire to be outdoors, the collective aspect of graffiti, and its mysterious nature" 🌪️2. What would you say is your favorite thing about being in Few and Far Women? "Being able to share moments with incredible, funny, and caring women who share the same passion. Every moment with them is unforgettable" 🌪️3. Are there any tools or art supplies you wish you had when you first started out? "No I didn't miss anything initially. We had fewer possibilities, but the fun was the same, and having limited tools pushed us to be more creative to find solutions on our own. Nowadays, everything is less challenging. 🌪️4. How do you stay motivated on your bad days? On bad days, painting and drawing is the best remedy. In fact, I believe anything creative is a good way to move forward. Reading is also one of the best remedies to feel better. 🌪️5. Is there anything you are the most excited for at the Paint Louis event? Oh yes, I've been hearing about this event for years, so I'm extremely grateful to be able to participate with my crew. I'm also excited to meet new artists! 🌪️6. Advice: Be respectful, don't take yourself too seriously, and above all, have fun. #wuna
