I have been seeing a lot of super fans post about the new #Superman pics for the new movie that is coming out next year. Some good and a lot bad. Here is my two cents. Everyone misses Henry, as do I. He was our hero for a while now. But I remember the hate that Henry received for Man of Steel and SvsB the Dawn of Justice and JL and the Snyder cut. Not to mention, Brandon Roth, and Tyler. I myself grew up with Christopher Reeve, and even met him. Christopher will always be the best Actor who portrayed Superman, but I am open minded. If I was close minded. I'd still be saying that Christopher was and is the best and the GOAT. We as super fans of our hero must remember what Superman stands for. And no matter who portrays him. That's how I see it, Superman is a timeless icon. And will be inspiring youth for generations to come. I'll wait with great eagerness for the movie in 2025. Because the world needs Superman now. We need his sprit to be alive in us. And not to forget his lessons through the ages. Let's watch the movie with and open mind and give it a fair shot. The 1960s Chicano movement embraced Cinco de Mayo. What the Gringos celebrate is "Drinko de Mayo" where non-Mexican people can be found donning a sombrero and speaking with a Spanish accent while downing a margaritas. This is highly offensive and racist. We are multi-cultural with a beautiful history and background. Every state in Mexico has its on art and culture. Here is my Two cents. There is the Arcade game that came out in the 80's and the Atari game. Then there is the dreaded Nintendo 64 game ugh. The Superman Returns game for the Xbox 360. Which was fun I didn't like unlocking Superman's abilities though. Here is my Idea, a free roaming game. And Superman to do missions and activities. Have the AI with the NPCs. Kinda like GTA example bank robberies and fires and high speed chases, among other crimes. While having a story line of something else. Luther, and other Villains. They should have Cark Kent missions also. About Lois Lane, the storyline should build their relationship as the game progresses. The Exp and others should lead to unlockables like different Superman outfits and the Red and the Blue Superman from the comics. More ideas for unlockables are the comic books and replay the classic comic book adventures. And even a tribute storyline for Christopher Reeve Superman movies. Like the first movie and the second, and I am going to hate this, the 4th one. The one thing that the creators need is replay ability. I have been seeing a lot of stuff on Facebook and other social media about the New Superman. I read all the comments, and replies. Saying that Henry is the best. That the new Superman is terrible. The movie is going to stink. Here is my take on this situation. You are talking to someone who did meet and shook Christopher Reeve's hand. I still have his autograph picture he gave me. A year before his accident. One of my first memories is of Christopher Reeve in the movies. Yeah, I can gatekeep and say. That Christopher Reeve is the best. And all of that nonsense. But, we are forgetting why Superman is our hero. He inspires HOPE, and Truth. No matter who plays him in the movies. Superman has always been an ideal for me to follow. And if we bicker and quarl about how is the best. We are forgetting what is the basic truth of what Superman stands for. I love Tom Welling and Brandon Routh, and Henry. Even Tyler. They bring life to our hero and make him real so that the future generations can know what Superman means. So that the future generation can say, like I always say. "I wouldn't be the man I am today.
