Have been craving for some Aloo Paratha with chutney and achar (mango pickle) for sometime now and finally gave in to the cravings.
Aloo Paratha - is literally spiced potato stuffed flat bread which for me is a true test of your patience and love towards food. Those who have learnt this in my workshop know it. Angrier you are tougher it gets 😂
