Being home with my parents, seeing some of my sorority sisters, running into a girl who is off to her freshmen year of college at Central Michigan University and being able to talk to her mom all about my experience, Leadership Safari, and how amazing the community is on campus warmed my heart, and just random things I love about Michigan like Olga’s, Up North, driving 70 on the highway lol 😂 and just the “feel” of Michigan makes me want to move home RIGHT NOW! ✋🏻

BUT I’m also so grateful that I have a significant other that’s from Michigan too so we can travel home together, and a group of coaches on our team (pictured above) that I can talk to when this Michigander gets home sick!
