First time for me 🤓<br />__ <br />It's supposed to be the main attraction for tourists in the city, but I didn't see any foreigners. I actually felt I got a very local and authentic experience seeing how Hindus worship their gods.<br />__<br />It's important to know that as a non-Hindu you can enter the complex but not the shrines inside. The shrines have an altar and god figures so people enter and make offerings like fruits, flowers, water...<br />👐<br />This temple was built in the 7th century 😱 and has a typical Dravidian architecture and symbolism. Estos santuarios tiene un altar y figuras de un dios (en sus distintos avatares). La gente entra y ofrecen algo a su dios, tipo frutas, flores, incienso...<br />👐<br />El templo es del siglo 7 😱 y tiene la arquitectura y simbolismo típicos dravidianos.
