So before my flight to France I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool John Lennon Airport as it was convenient for my flight and it’s one of the hotels I work with in my day job so I booked to eat at @jinliverpool which is an authentic Chinese restaurant 🥢
This was a true dining experience as I ordered the signature duck which came as two servings:
First as pictured - crispy duck with pancakes and additions
The second serving I ordered salt and pepper duck which was just incredible!
