From our smallest masterpiece Myles, I’ve truly grasped the understanding of perseverance. Have you ever really watched a baby learn how to walk? They don’t fall and after a few tries decide, “You know what? This isn’t for me.” They keep trying, pulling themselves off the floor, tumbling and rolling until that first step becomes a waddle, the waddle a walk, and the walk a run. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Mikaela, our oldest pride and joy, has the resilience of a rubber band… I’m constantly reminded by her that though unexpected frustrations and moments will come along, it’s not the situation that determines the outcome, but my RESPONSE to the situation that makes all the difference. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
