For today’s #transformationtuesday I wanted to shout out these two beautiful human beings right here. They are GOALS. A lot of people, a lot of women feel that if they didn’t lose weight in their younger years, it’s almost impossible to lose it now. Jessika and Melvin are proof that age is just a number! When you truly want something, you don’t make excuses like “age”. Check this picture out, they’re just like fine wine 🍷😏😍. Don’t they just look so incredible 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. I’m beyond proud of them! She was a stranger, she reached out to me here on Instagram because she was inspired by my results and my client results! She would see what I ate and though “I can totally eat that too”. So she joined a challenge with me and the rest is history! She never quit the challenges, kept going one challenge at a time and she inspired her husband also to do the same. Now they both look wayyy younger, way healthier and wayyy happier!! Thank you for trusting me and believing I would be able to help you reach those weight loss goals.
