Ice cream season is officially here. And Chloe is having a blast with fruits that she would never eat. Papaya. And add cookies.
This recipe is made from three ingredients.
Ingredients:
- full papaya
- 250 ml @firstchoice.za long life cream - @bakersbiscuits Choc Kits Cruncy oat white choc biscuits
1. Prepare the icecream machine the night before and ensure that all ingredients are cold except the biscuits.
2. In a food processor add a peeled and slice papaya and allow to blend until smooth.
3. Add cream slowly while the machine is running until fully incorporated.
4. Pour the cold liquid into the icecream machine until fully churned.
5. Stop the machine and add pieces of biscuits and avoid adding the dust.
6. Use a lined loaf tin and top with a wax paper and freeze until ready to serve.
