Happy Wednesday peeps! Still on with my love of indian food and more from my afternoon tea at the weekend, this time bringing you these epic papri chaat (basically like crispy wheat in a yoghurt, tamarind and chickpea vermicelli) so tangy and definitely a dish that will make your mouth water! One for my veggie brethren out there. Indians do good veggie food that’s for sure 🙌 and with a dish like this i could have it every day.
