Example: Instead of "you're always on your phone!" ... π£π£π£
Try: (1) "I feel devalued when I'm #sharing something important, and (2) you are looking at your phone instead of making eye contact with me. (3) Your #attention is something I #value and #need when I'm expressing my thoughts to you.
