This means to somehow trust that, whatever we’ll meet in life, we will manage the best way possible. This means also to be fully aware that what lays beyond our reach is not worthwhile wasting energy on. This awareness allows us to concentrate our energy, our attention, our time on what we can reach and do. As a result, we experience that our impact on our life is far bigger that we would have ever expected. Being self-confident is strongly related to how we manage to connect to our hips and legs, and thus how much we manage to perceive the ground we’re standing on. This is what we call rooting. In this class we want start exploring the way we relate to rooting, and find ways to improve our connection with our ground. As a result, we may experience some kind of deep relaxation, trust, and internal peace. In this class we’ll move to music and learn to stop our movements. Learning to stop is an art that gathers the lightness of new movements with the power of precise stopping. It combines the deep experience of being complete with the fun of moving to music. It’s an 1 hour training per week that will change significantly your mood and your level of energy. It’s fresh air for your mind and a relief for your emotions.
