🇬🇧 Terracotta reproduction 1:1 of the Esquiline Venus of the Capitoline Museums. Found in 1874 on the Esquiline, in today's Piazza Vittorio. It is believed to be a depiction of Cleopatra, dating from the second half of the 1st century BC. According to this thesis, the cobra depicted on the vase represents the ureus, a symbol of Egyptian royalty usually placed on the headdresses of the pharaohs ~
